If you are buying . . . . .
Dave and Barb begin by helping you pre-qualify for financing and providing a realistic estimate of all of the purchasing costs and how much money will be required to complete the purchase. They will also provide an estimate of your monthly costs and your home ownership tax savings. Then, after determining your preferences in home style and areas, they will work within the real estate network to find the right home for you. They will also prepare the purchase agreement, present it to the seller, and negotiate the best price and terms for you.
After the offer is accepted, Dave and Barb will make sure escrow is opened immediately and will guide you through the escrow process. They will work with your lender and you to make sure the financing is completed in a timely manner. Dave or Barb will also schedule and attend required third party inspections and will make sure any necessary repairs, cleaning, etc. are completed before close of escrow.
