Besides working to make the entire selling process a smooth and easy transaction, Dave and Barb will serve as a third-party negotiating team between you and prospective buyers.
After the sale, Dave and Barb will immediately open escrow and will guide you through the escrow process. They will work with the buyer's lender to make sure the buyer is qualified and is meeting all of the lender's requirements. Dave or Barb will also schedule and attend required third party inspections and help you arrange for any necessary repairs, cleaning, etc.
